The Forces Division is the Inquisition's army in Kirkwall. It provides security for the base there and also for Inquisition agents on missions, shipments, and guests. It also includes the base's healers, and all the other support staff necessary to the outfitting and maintenance of an army, include smiths, engineers, stable workers, and the like.

SUMMARY: Tasked with clearing bandits from Comte Chantral de Velun's lands, the team tracked down, destroyed and cleared the camp (ex-population: refugee elves).

REPORT:

Commander Coupe,

As charged, myself with rifters Kylo Ren and Anna ---- in the company of Doctor Beaumanior made our way to the Comte Chantral de Velun's estates for the purpose of clearing bandits from those woods or wherever they might be. Having met with the Comte's household, we were informed that the bandits had caused some destruction and grief about the estate and nearby village, including theft and property damage. Having no prior knowledge of the camp's exact whereabouts as the Comte's men had not been tasked with resolving the issue, we instead learned of some likely direction from a villager in the road, made our way into the wood and there discovered the encampment.

The camp's population appeared to be a dozen elven refugees who still had in their possession some token stolen items. Unable to convince them to leave the wood, the camp was cleared and burned, and items of any value returned to the village so their owners might be found. Two children - I believe elf-blooded - were recovered whole and given into the care of the Chantry near Velun.
