The Forces Division is the Inquisition's army in Kirkwall. It provides security for the base there and also for Inquisition agents on missions, shipments, and guests. It also includes the base's healers, and all the other support staff necessary to the outfitting and maintenance of an army, include smiths, engineers, stable workers, and the like.

Mssr. D’Artagnan,

Upon the matter of hardtack, I refer you to the Seneschal. I do not consider its replacement a necessary expense at this time, but an army marches upon its stomach — etcetera — for all that we presently limp after resources. Should current stores be discarded, I trust they will find a destination other than the midden heap; Maker knows we’ve mouths enough upon four legs.

(Worth consideration: The consult of rifters, and the varied nations present, for methods to improve its durability.)

Though Mlle. Rey hardly requires supervision, please make yourself available, should she require assistance. I believe that the Dalish elf Dahlahsanor has expressed her own interest in construction; given the itinerant nature of her people’s dwellings, she may be of value to consult.

I understand Mssr. de Fonce something of a scholar of architecture, and should be interested too to hear his ideas upon the matter. I trust you capable of applying common sense to these, as will undoubtedly be required.
