Again working on information learned from the Time Travel Team, the Inquisition wishes to begin establishing a naval presence, either by gaining allies who already have ships at their disposal, or by building a navy of its own.

I have been infoarmed that an earlier report was lacking in certain desails that pertained heavily to our eventual solution. I'm seaking to rectify that situation, for truly you have missed a punderful opportunity.
