Again working on information learned from the Time Travel Team, the Inquisition wishes to begin establishing a naval presence, either by gaining allies who already have ships at their disposal, or by building a navy of its own.

Since this is a solo beach assignment, Thor will be have been assigned to The Docks or Wounded Coast, the choice is yours! This can be worked out ICly however you'd prefer.
