The Warden coup in the Anderfels and Corypheus’ open occupation of Tevinter’s capital have left both nations openly opposed to the Inquisition and its efforts to restore order. The Hostile Powers project (previously a more broadly focused Northern Powers) is focused on identifying and exploiting opportunities to disrupt Corypheus’ control over those countries.

Former Project Leader Lord Conrad Baerendorf: A Nevarran in his late 40s, Conrad is a vital, energetic man from a family of minor nobility. Though his family is best known for its series of extravagant estates, Conrad brings to the Inquisition many ties in the Nevarran court by blood or marriage (or both). He's been helpful in providing insight into the goings-on there and assisting in interpreting the information retrieved by the Time Travel Team, but unfortunately has a penchant for bragging about his accomplishments after too much wine, and his family's business interests stretch further than the Inquisition knows.
