A catch-all project for characters who want to focus on the day-to-day aspects of running the keep in Kirkwall. Characters who choose Base Operations as their primary project will be able to take on official roles/titles such as Quartermaster, Stablemaster, Head Surgeon/Healer, Apothecary, Archivist, Head Cook, Captain of the Watch, etc. (with some co-leadership as necessary when we have duplicate sign-ups). Characters who choose it as a secondary project can be Assistant to those same positions. This project's leader will be the Gallows' Seneschal. Unlike other projects, it will rarely have specifically-relevant mod plots, but these characters will always be welcome to participate in plots in other areas.
[hooray~ a team has already been chosen, and they've actually already gotten some work done (since I wasn't sure we'd ever have a real live Seneschal and it's built to be modular so it could be impermanent if that needed to be the case), but clearing the real home and moving it all and finishing and testing and fine-tuning has yet to be done, and nobody's used it yet, so we should be good for Things To Do That Take Time?]
