A catch-all project for characters who want to focus on the day-to-day aspects of running the keep in Kirkwall. Characters who choose Base Operations as their primary project will be able to take on official roles/titles such as Quartermaster, Stablemaster, Head Surgeon/Healer, Apothecary, Archivist, Head Cook, Captain of the Watch, etc. (with some co-leadership as necessary when we have duplicate sign-ups). Characters who choose it as a secondary project can be Assistant to those same positions. This project's leader will be the Gallows' Seneschal. Unlike other projects, it will rarely have specifically-relevant mod plots, but these characters will always be welcome to participate in plots in other areas.
A subset of the base operations inbox, the Inquisition's general complaint box is posted outside of the base operations office, bolted to the wall and locked with a tiny brass key. The lock is armed with a minor trap.
