A great number of the Inquisition’s members come from a military or mercenary background, and may have their own technique to contribute. I recommend that you speak with Doctor Karahalios (currently organizing her own research), and consider the means by which existing knowledge may be shared within our ranks.
Further discussion of floating jackets should be forwarded to Sra. Bonaventura, who I trust will have ideas of her own. You might together consider the efficacy of available materials.
