Investigate and deal with these smugglers before they get their stolen loot out on the high seas and feel they can operate more brazenly so close to Kirkwall. All booty is to be returned to the Inquisition to be properly dealt with. WHERE: The Wounded Coast WHEN: Late Cloudreach WHO: 4-5 people
