Like 6 hours. 9 when I helped close the rift. 7 after it closed and before the pain faded.
Since then, what other circumstances have caused those symptoms to resurface? Have you developed any symptoms beyond what what initially present? If so, please describe.

Yes, just once so far. This green light came out of my hand and attached to the rift like a magnet and the pain increased.
