Again working on information learned from the Time Travel Team, the Inquisition wishes to begin establishing a naval presence, either by gaining allies who already have ships at their disposal, or by building a navy of its own.

SKILLS & EXPERTISE: Knight Commander of Templar forces who is well aware how important being able to move troops from point a to point b without getting them blown up over water is vital. Major merchant connections via port cities in the Free Marches, especially Ostwick. Loves the water.

CURRENT WORK: Organizing and cleansing the Gallows for habitation and the like. He wouldn't mind getting out more, frankly.

SKILLS & EXPERTISE: Thor has lived in a coastal city for most of his life, defending it against attacks on land and sea. He's a fully trained battle mage and not entirely bad at diplomacy. He can swim well, knows enough nautical terms to pass on a ship, and knows his way around a port city.

Charles Vane (Primary)

NAME: Charles Vane

SKILLS & EXPERTISE: He's a pretty infamous pirate captain, so that says a lot about his naval competency. He spent the first half of his life a slave and the second half being a pirate, no in between. Combat, basic navigation and understanding for shipwright'ing, mechanics of ships of varying types, cannons, naval combat, survival, blahblah.

CURRENT WORK: The Black Sails Native AU crew is constantly working on armada acquisition and getting the Inquisition over to Nascere to clean up the Venatori :D But other than that, no.

Skilled with combat strategy (primarily naval), the ins and outs of sailing, navigation, ship armament, refitting, crewing, etc. Knows how to make boats and the people on them function.
